I have found 2 WLM programs........one is the WLM that I have that just says
windows live mail NO Qwest logo, and the other one that says windows live
mail-hotmail with Qwest's logo. I cannot receive mail any longer at my
WLM, I would uninstall it if I could find a link to reinstall it and not the
WLM Hotmail email program. Can someone help? I'm still having trouble with
the error 5102. PLEASE I'm getting desperate. Jeannie

There is "Windows Live Mail", the desktop email client. Then there is
"Windows Live Hotmail", the online email service.

Qwest is an odd duck, and you'll need somebody who has Qwest, with Windows
Live Hotmail, to explain how to make it work.

I just went to that link and it doesn't work. I have been all over the
internet trying to find windows live mail, and not the live mail hotmail. I
hate qwest and have not been using it at all, except since Monday and I have
to try to read my mail. PLEASE can someone send me another link? I have
everything backed up. Jeannie

I am running XP. I also installed the darned Explorer 8 and immediately
uninstalled it.......... could that have had something to do with screwing up
my email program? I also tried that link again and I get the windows live
hotmail and not the regular old windows live mail. This is making me crazy.
Thanks Jeannie
