I want to manage my files in skydrive by Add a Network Place option in My
Network Places in winxp sp2 how can i do that? is skydrive supporting
Webdav?

No, that's not possible at this time.
I believe that there is at least one 3rd party program that manages to map a
drive to your Skydrive folder, but I haven't used it, nor do I recall its name.
