For a start, stop spamming the newsgroups.
Secondly, the Windows Live Family Safety program is not an antimalware program.

For help with virus removal, contact the maker of your Antivirus program.
If you are in North America, you can call 866-727-2338 for help with virus and
spyware infections. See http://www.microsoft.com/protect/support/default.mspx
for details. For international information, see your local subsidiary Support
site.

Hi,

Just to add to Stephen's reply, if what you're referring to is that the Windows Live Family
Safety installed on your machine (probably as you installed Messenger or something else), you
can just uninstall it by heading over to the Add or Remove Programs/Programs and Features in
the Control Panel, choosing Windows Live Essentials and then Change/Uninstall (or
Change/Remove).

Did you ever get an answer for this question? I had the same experience and
it filled up my little hard drive. The whole experience tipped me over the
edge. I'm going to buy a MAC...unless I can remove one care from my system.
At one point it showed up in add/remove hardware. It doesn't anymore. But my
hard drive sure is full.

I'd also like to uninstall - remove Outlook Express. Thanks.
