No matter how many times I install KB 967715 it keeps coming up wanting to
be installed again. Other people have this same problem. Someone solved
the problem by installing it in Safe Mode. I tried that but in Safe Mode
and Safe Mode Networking, I can't get online and can't do anything. I get
stuck. Can you help>
