Spellcheck in Outlook Express 6

Can someone help me to figure out why in Outlook Express
6, on a brand new, 6-day-old Dell Computer running
Windows xp Home Edition, that the Spellcheck will not
work. Each time, I send an email I get an error
message, "An error occured while the spelling was being
checked."

In the "Tools, Options, Spelling" tab, I have checked:
Always check spelling before sending
Suggest replacements for misspelled words

Spellcheck works perfectly in MS Office Pro 97 Word.

You are probably missing CSAPI3T1.DLL in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PROOF

You can expand it from CSAPI3T1.DL_ in the \i386 directory on your WinXP CD.
Go to Start | Run and type this command:

expand x:\i386\CSAPI3T1.DL_ C:\CSAPI3T1.DLL

Where X: is your CD drive. Then move it from the root directory of C: to
the PROOF folder. Some people also have to put it in the Outlook Express
program folder.
