It may be possible to leave messages on the server. Be sure this is for a
limited time only -- say from 2 to 4 days. The setting is in Tools,
Accounts, Mail tab, Mail Account...Properties, Advanced tab.

Another option is to only check webmail on one computer (You ISP should have
a webmail link on their home page to allow you to see, answer and delete
mail from computers other than your own).
If the two computers have basically different users, or different purposes,
you might ask your ISP for a second email address and notify senders to use
different email address for unique computer use. Then set up different
accounts of each computer.

Or you could set MSOE to delete messages from the server after x days have
lapsed; with the obvious need to check the account from both computers
within the x-day period.
