You are probably sending from a domain that AOL will block. Most likely
cause is that your ISP's DNS records are screwed up in that they do not
provide a proper reverse name lookup (RNL). AOL has implemented a
policy that it will reject e-mail connects from servers who cannot be
queried for a RNL. This is to block spam-friendly sites that only
report the IP address (every client knows the IP address of whomever
connects to it) but refuses to reports its DNS name. A proper
non-spamming ISP should always provide a proper DNS record for RNL.

You'll need to contact your ISP to fix their DNS records.

The interesting thing is that I can send to AOL with an SPF record in my
domain DNS TXT record. AOL won't accept email from servers in dynamic IP
address space, such as mine, because the IP addresses are DUL; even though
they have a proper PTR.
If I remove the SPF TXT record from my DNS record, AOL sends their "We
refuse to accept email from dynamic hosts" error message. When I enable that
DNS record, my messages sail through.
Alas, not every ISP is getting on the SPF bandwagon, though. So I just use
my ISP's authenticating SMTP servers to relay.

If the accelerator is installed, a simple right click to the connection icon in the task bar and choose "none" may accomplish the same thing. Good luck!

This is Anthony and I understand that the email messages you send to AOL addresses all bounce back as undeliverable. I realize the frustration this have caused you. Rest assured that I would do my best to provide you with assistance.
Please be advised that our engineers have verified that this event is due to the server rules, which AOL had set on incoming messages. While we apologize for the inconvenience, we suggest that you get in touch with your friends on AOL and advise them to report to their ISP's technical team that they have been unable to receive e-mail messages from MSN.

6. Sign in to MSN.
After performing the above steps, please try to send the messages to your friends again. If your issue has not been resolved, or is of an immediate nature, and you would like to contact us via 'live chat' support, please visit the location below.
