msimn.exe Application error

When I proceed to close down OE 6 it gives me the
following error message "msimn.exe Application error. The
instruction at "0x77f83aef" referenced memory
at "0x009a4eec. The memory could not be "written". Click
on Ok to terminate the program.

I get this error message almost every time I close down
my Outlook Express 6.
What does this mean and how can I fix this?
