I am at the moment using outlook, i wish to go back to outlook express.

can anyone please tell me how to get my address book from outlook to
outlook express, i just cant grasp the instructiion that microsoft
gives me.

There are two stages to this.
1. In Outlook, you have to export your contacts into a format that OE can
import.
Go to File-Import and Export. Click on "Export to a file". Choose Comma
Separated Values (Windows). Choose "Contacts" as the folder to export. Give
the file a name, and choose a place to export it to. Do the Export.

2. In OE, go to File-Import-Other Address Book. Choose "Text File (Comma
Separated Values)". Navigate to where you saved the exported file from
Outlook. Complete the Import.

You need to open Outlook, then use its menu, File/Import and Export
(selecting the CSV, comma separated value file method) your contacts to a
CSV file. Then using that CSV file, open Outlook Express and use its menu,
File/Import/Other Address Book, selecting Comma Separated Value (Text) file
and they will be imported into Outlook Express. For questions about how to
