I'm not sure what's going on.
A few days ago, I started having problems receiving mail using OE6.0 to my
msn.com email address. I had the often discussed problem where OE would hang
at a certain message number and every time I tried to download my mail, I'd
get the same emails over and over again (aka Groundhog day) - always
getting stuck on the same message number.
I called MSN tech support. They set up some sort of cross-link with hotmail,
so that if OE got stuck, I could go to hotmail and pick up mail there. I've
noticed in the message headers that my mail is now coming from
...hotmail.com and no longer from ....msn.com.
The problem: I'm supposed to get a copy of the forms submitted from a web
site at my msn.com email address. The form results first go to a forwarding
service I use and then are forwarded to my msn.com email address (I can't
use msn.com as an address in the form because of it's vulnerability to spam,
so need to use a different domain name). However, now I'm not getting most
copies of those forms! I'm getting "some" of the forms and I seem to be
getting all the mail addressed directly to my msn.com address.
Has anyone heard of any similar problems with this setup when hotmail and OE
mail are linked?
Thanks, Pat
Here's the message from the failed message I sent:

I changed the recipient name so they wouldn't get spammed.
Could this be connected to my problem below??? I'm at a loss as to what to
do.
Thanks, Pat

Thanks! Will do. I've tried once, but the hold-time is pretty long right
now. So, I thought I'd better check to see if maybe there was something in
the configuration or a quirk in OE first before I bugged them.
Again, thanks! Pat
