Don't use chat-speak or texting in newsgroups. If you have the time to
post, you have the time to compose a decent post.

Shouldn't you be reading the book that your teacher assigned to you?

If you are so new to using computers and the Internet that you have never
heard of Google then you are far too much a neophyte to be learning HTML.

Visit your local library. They probably have lots of books on HTML. Pick
one. You're claiming there are no libraries in or around Patna, India
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patna)? Then find a school and sneak in with
the attitude that you're a student there; however, you'll probably have to
read the book inside the school's library since you can't check it out.
