Instead of restricting their access, why not make them use it
constructively, like using the net for their homework, finding out about
history and things like that, then it helps them at school too.
it helped my neice learn about the war from 1914 to 1918 for her history
lessons at school, made a big difference, so it just an idea for you to
try.
