Pictures Appearing as HTML

I have a friend who is having trouble recieving emal with pictures in the
background.
This only happens when she recieves the mail from one person, but she has
had emails frol this person in the past with no peroblem.
Here is a sample of how the email looks when it arrives, it looks like HTML
to me but i have no idea how to correct it.
