when sending email,installing programs from CD etc.I just a fresh install XP
Home. I did a virus scan , Adware,and Spybot, and found nothing.Any help
would be appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Any error messages? I'd like to have more details about the circumstances.
Google gives me 920 pages when looking up
