I posted a lot of messages and NO ONE helped me to solve
problems............
So, as usual, I found solution ALONE (without support of any MVPS or similar
person..........:-((((((((((((((((((

Sorry for my POOR english..................anyway the important things
is:PROBLEM SOLVED!

Solution of my problem (some links doesn't works!)
Check the registry
the path for URLMON.DLL is incorrect on this keys
a..
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{79eac9e0-baf9-11ce-8c82-00aa004ba90b}\InprocServer
32]

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{79eac9f1-baf9-11ce-8c82-00aa004ba90b}\InprocServer
32]

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{79eac9f2-baf9-11ce-8c82-00aa004ba90b}\InprocServer
32]

Thias key is missing.........

a.. HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Interface\{00020400-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}

Some dlls are not registered: registered manually again with REGSVR32.EXE

(with START->RUN CMD open a new windows )
go to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory
type REGSVR32 URL.DLL
do the same for each file(change URL.DLL with MSHTML.DLL.......)

c.. Actxprxy.dll
d.. Oleaut32.dll
e.. Shell32.dll
f.. Shdocvw.dll
g.. Msjava.dll
h.. Actxprxy.dll
i.. Browseui.dll

if the problem still appears, run for each files the command
REGSVR32 /I URLMON.DLL
do the same for each file...........
