CSS - Problems with Tables

I have been working with CSS and HTML for a while now and I've never run into
problems like this until recently. I coded a layout for a friend, using a
couple of tables and CSS to work out the styles and width/height settings. It
looks fine in Firefox but IE screws it up completly. Here's a link:

Just click on Comics or Contacts at the top and you'll quickly see my
problem. It only happens in IE for PC, though Opera for PC doesn't display it
completly correctly either.

Does anyone have any ideas at all? I'm really stuck with this one. Remember,
just go to http://www.skullheadz.com and click on Comics or Contact and
you'll see the problem. The problem is worst in IE and still isn't perfect
for Opera (PC versions). It works fone on Firefox though.
