Hiding Header / Footer when printing

Heya,

I'm wondering if there's a way to hide the header and footer when printing
in IE. I know you can disable them by going: File - > Print Setup ->
another option I can't remember etc.

I can't do it this way because our customers will get sort of angry if they
had to do this all the time.

Is it possible with CSS?
