Hi,
I have an attribute of a tag that I want to render via css.
<metadata id="123" name="Return Values"></metadata>
And I want the name attribute value to show up in something like this:
<h1>Return Values</h1>
How would I accomplish this using a css?

you wouldn't, you'd use XSL instead;
