Make PRINT job MATCH the IE6 color space?

I want to make a PRINT job MATCH the IE6 color space.
I'm trying to print the X11, CSS2 rgb color codes so they
match as close as possible an Internet Explorer Screen.
I enter the color codes exactly in Corel then distil to
PDF,in Corel, Acrobat, and at print the colors look
different to IE.
What numerical distortion can I apply to better
approximate the IE color space?
Something to do with ICC profiles, gamma, hue, saturation,
contrast, brightness, intensity,,, When I press
[PrintScreen] to sample the IE page the colors lose their
lustre, maybe I should photograph the screen - but there's
got to be a betterway.

This will depend completely on your printer, the paper, whether you're using
"genuine" ink etc.
The correct way is:

To have correctly matched ICC profiles for both your monitor *and* your
printer -- of course this falls down if you adjust the brightness or
contrast on your monitor, etc.
