I trying to use CSS to layout my page. I have three divs horizontally
position - Div 1 is my masthead, Div 2 is my content, and Div 3 is my
footer - for my base page template. What I would like is to have my footer
extend to the bottom for every page regardless of the height taken by the
content (which will vary the most in height requirements - masthead stays
the same). I set the Body's height to 100% and the footer div's height to
100% and the position to relative. This extended the footer beyond the
viewport limits causing the scroll bar to appear when footer has no content.
Is there a way (without tables) to extennd the footer the required height of
filling the viewport of the browser page? I can provide my current page if
needed.

Thanks.
