HELP:Multi Browser Compatablie CSS Rendition of this table?

Hi, I would like to learn to use CSS to replace tables.

I have made this layout in Dreamweaver with tables but it looks all wrong in
NN.

Firstly can it be rendered using CSS and will it be NN browser compliant?

Secondly are there any sites with tutorials of how to create a table effect
like this with CSS?
