Specifying user's system fonts

Is there a way to specify the user-defined system fonts as we do with the
colors?

(for example: background-color: "buttonface" or color: "captiontext")

The idea is to have the font change as the user configures the appearance of
the desktop with de Control Panel. Is not possible to do this with the
fonts? I've not been able to find the font names that correspond to the
system fonts definable with the Control Panel.
