hi,
Is it possible to define the borders of a table in CSS. I 'd like to put a
picture as a border.
If this is possible can someone point me to a tutorial on the net?

There are border-... attributes for defining style, color, width of
border. I am not sure if you define picture as table border by using
css. However, you can put the image as background of the outmost
cells, which create the look of border.
