I have a problem with Web Design Effect. IE5.5 and IE6 have another versions
of proctexe.ocx than older (from IE4 and IE5), because they use DXTRANS.DLL
and ATL.DLL instead of MMULILSE.DLL and ADVAPI32.DLL.
Intel doesn`t develop this technology, but MS included it to IE (why?).
Look at http://www.scalarvector.republika.pl/wde/wde.htm. It should be
orange flame.
Any solutions this problem ?
