White spaces with IFrame border

Does anyone know how to work around the white border one get when using the
'border' style in an iframe? e.g. <iframe src="NoName(1).html" width="472"
height="430" frameborder="0" style="border:solid #D92424 0.2em"
marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"> </iframe>
I'm beginning to think this is a bug in IE...

Lol, ofcourse there's NO whitespace when you view this in
the groups on msdn :D
