Problem with Scrollbar Colors

If I change the scrollbar colors the track color becomes the invert color of the
face color for a moment, when the user scrolls down by clicking on a empty spot
at the scroll bar. How can I set that color so that it doesn't depend on another
color?

I mean, if the face color is blue, the track color becomes brown for a moment,
which looks ugly. But how can I change it, without having to change the face
color?

try using "scrollbar-base-color" instead of changing the individual
properties. It's quicker and easier.
