CSS question!

Hi friends!

I am looking for a way to change the background picture of a partiular type
of "table cells" in all pages at once in my web. I know that this could be
done using CSS.

I would be greatful if any one of you could guide me to do this. I have
already created the CSS file which has the styles for all other small
things. I don;t know how to create background picture.

PLEASE HELP
