Is possible to display an element rotated, say 45°, on screen with
css/dhtml/javascript. Similar to the way that filters can flip horizontal
and vertical, just rotate instead. An example on a bloack would be greatly
appreciated if it can be done.

This filter only works in IE 5.5.
