Print Problem

Hellow.

I'm working as a developer in web development using MS
Internet Explorer 5.0/5.5 as web browsers.
I've design a test form to print and set border style
to 'black 1pt solid' and I think there are very thin
borders in print forms.
But borders on papers seems to have almost 1mm thickness.
I've tried sevral other length measurement like mm, cm
but the printer drew a thick border on paper or didn't
drew it.
Please inform me how to fix the problem.

Test Environment:

OS: Windows 2000 Professional
Web brower: Internet Explorer 5.5
Printer: Epson EPL-N2000H(configured to 600 dpi)
Test Document: HTML with Style Sheet
