CSS flickers in IE, but not in Mozilla ?

Hello newsgroup,

It is about this page: http://www.dierenasieltienen.be/asiel.php

In Mozilla it works like i want it to work!
But in MSIE 5.0 or MSIE 6.0 (on W2000) whenever i click on a link, then
the page flickers to black for a moment...this is annoying.

Any ideas ? I searched google, but no luck yet...

Could it be the CSS http://www.dierenasieltienen.be/asiel.css ?

Is there a way to tell IE to only display the page once it is fully downloaded ?
