I'm sure you'll have the answer I seek.
I use one style sheet:
http://www.nhes.com.au/root.css
for the whole website, but this page:
http://www.nhes.com.au/prog_highlights_2002.html
does not display the margin on the left.
Why would that be?

Think you need to place a unit of measurement after your number in your body
rules in the root.css...for ex..50px.
