Morphon Technologies is pleased to announce the release of the Morphon
CSS-Editor Standalone Beta 1
The Morphon CSS-Editor is a Cascading Stylesheet (CSS) editor written in
Java. It supports full CSS1 and CSS2 as defined by the W3C. This editor
offers an interactive user interface presenting CSS properties using
screens that have controls to modify these and show examples and source
as you change the controls.
The CSS files produced with the editor can be used for a variety of
applications, ranging from XML editors to webbrowsers. All in all, the
Morphon CSS-Editor is a tool that can be used by the expert creating CSS
for a publisher as well as the starting CSS user trying to style some
webpages.

FEATURES:
Some key features of the Morphon CSS-Editor:
* Full CSS1 and CSS2 support. The CSS-Editor can also operate in an
Internet Explorer 4, 5, 5.5, 6, Netscape Navigator 4, 6, Opera 3.5, 5
or "all browser" compatible mode. Thus allowing one to define
stylesheets specifically for your that browser.
* Full Unicode 3.0 support and various character encodings such as
UTF-8, UTF-16 and ISO-Latin's.
* Can handle multiple CSS stylesheets at once. Import rules allow
for reuse of a CSS stylesheet in other stylesheets.
* A small preview shows how elements matching rules will be
rendered. A summary panel shows you all the properties set for a rule
at the same time.
* The source of the stylesheets can be edited directly through the
"Source" panel.
* Written in Java (and therefore cross platform) and distributed
with an easy to use installer. Supported platforms include: Windows,
Unix (Linux, SunOS, etc), MacOS (8 and higher including X) and many
other platforms supporting Java.
* When creating stylesheets for XML, you can specify the DTD that
should be used. Therefore, you don't have to input your element names.
This help you editing your stylesheet and accelerate the creation of
your stylesheet.
* Dynamic localization for different languages (ships with English,
French and Dutch). API available for localization.

licensed, not sold. Lunatech Research grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to download the Software and use it only for
your personal, non-commercial and lawful end use. Implied licenses are

1) merge, distribute (for free or for sale) or sublicense the Software;
2) reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate the
Software.
This Agreement will terminate on the date of expiration of this beta.
Upon such termination you will delete or destroy all copies of it.
