positioning a floating image?

I did already post this in another group, but I got no
answer, so please forgive me if I'm multiposting:

I don't think it's possible, but you never know:
I'd like to have an image float:left, but not have the text
flow under it when the window is narrowed, but flow above it...
I uploaded what I have now to

I would like the picture to stay at the bottom, while the
text flows to the right and above....

Anyone know a way to do that?
