I'm actually developing a document manager and repository application, an
office and other vendors (such as pdf), documents manager using ASP + SQL
Server.
The application allows users to enter metadata for the document, and follow
a circuit of revision, aprobation and selection of readers or group of
readers, plus some aditional features like attachments for the document and
ways of printing.

But I encountered a problem when trying to display the xls files in the
browser window. Any other type of document (.doc, .pdf. ppt, etc) they
display into (embebed ActiveX) in IExplorer, but when trying xls files
Iexplorer asks for save it or open it. How can I prevent IeXplorer from ask
what to do and just open it in IExplorer? Is there a way?

Sorry if question does not fit in this newsgroup, please redirect me to the
corresponding one. Thanks a lot to anyone for anyhelp.
