Why My ActiveX can't run in Web?

I writed an activeX control inc MFC. It work well in local machine(such as
ie, vb or c), but it can't work in ie from web site at some systems(sush as
xp, a part of 2000) now, and it works well until last month.
Someone help me, thanks.
