By Outlook do you mean Outlook Express or Outlook97/98/2000+ which is
part of Office? And which version? (If you don't know, in your mail
program select Help, About.)

0x800CCC79 = Server rejected recipients
The usually indicates that either you are using the wrong SMTP mail
server or your server settings are wrong. You need to check with your
mail service supplier for the correct settings. They usually have this
information on their web site and often have detailed instructions for
configuring your mail program.
