I found this info , hope it helps .

Recover deleted items from any folder :

http://office.microsoft.com/assistance/preview.aspx?AssetID=HA011165281033&C

All did was i went to http://office.microsoft.com/home/default.aspx
On the left hand side , under Microsoft Office Section , u will see a
outlook link , click on that
Go to the Serach combo box on the left top corner of ur screen . It will
written "All Of Outlook".
In the serch criteria box enter the KEYWORD "recover".
In the search result u will get links , one of them will be "Recover
Deleted items from the folder" , click on it
U will get all the details.

Venkat: This is an Outlook *Express* newsgroup. It's highly doubtful any
recovery method for *Outlook* 2002 or 2003 will help an Outlook Express
user.

For Emily: It's unlikely that your deleted messages can be recovered from
Deleted Items after 4 months. If you'd like to try:
~~~~~~~~~~~
DBXtract
http://www.oehelp.com/DBXtract/Default.aspx
DBXtend (additional functionality)
http://www.oehelp.com/DBXtend/Default.aspx
DBXpress (faster, more powerful, with even greater functionality)
http://www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/Default.aspx
~~~~~~~~~~~
Close OE. Move Deleted Items.dbx in your identity's store
(http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/files/store.htm#storemain) to another
Windows folder and run any of the above applications on the moved file. If
one them successfully recovers any messages, count yourself exceedingly
fortunate. Recovered messages may be dragged into an open OE folder.

Try DBXpress or DBXtract in recover mode.

Since the emails had been deleted for four months,
I think you have better to use a Data Recovery to retrieve
your lost emails.
http://www.transfer-iphone-recovery.com/recover-deleted-emails.html
The Data Recovery enables you to recover the emails that have been
deleted for a much longer time. You can use the preview first to confirm
your desired emails by the free trial.
