Does anyone know which files on the hard drive contain my
Outlook Express email messages and can I copy these files
on to another PC drive and access them through Outlook
Express.

On one PC running Windows 95 I found Inbox.mbx,
Inbox.idx ,folders.nch, etc but on most of my Windows 9X
PC's these files do not seem to be there.

Do any other files exist that contain the messages?

*.mbx files were used once upon a long ago time. Depending on which version
of OE you are using, you probably should do a Start/Find for *.dbx files.
Another way to find the folder is to go to Tools/Options/Maintenance Tab and
click on the "Store Folder" button.

(this is the button to decide where you want to change the store folder to,
but it starts at the location where your OE files currently are being
stored.)
