150 million people, 80 million of which were innocent women and
children were killed in wars last century. In the past 50 years
civilians who were once considered the innocent bystanders of wars,
have increasingly become the prime targets. A graph of the escalating
number of civilian casualties last century reveals the unbelieveable
extent of this heinous crime against humanity. In World War 1 just 6%
of casualties were civilians, in World War 2, 66% were civilians and
during the Vietnam War 80% were civilians. If we do nothing to stop
this inhumane escalation of ciivilian casualties, it is expected that
more than 120 million women & children will be killed this century in
wars & conflicts.

If you truly care about the plight of the children of the world, and
do not want to sit idly by while millions of innocent women & children
are being slaughtered please join in the global protest calling upon
all governments, religious & rebel leaders to immediately, ban the
targeting of women & children in conflicts, by wearing a white top or
shirt each and every Tuesday.

This simple, but none the less powerfully evocative protest will
deliver an overwhelmingly strong message to all the leaders of the
world, that the combined peoples of the world stand united in their
strong belief that the murdering of women & children in wars is a
heinous crime against humanity which will no longer be tolerated.

Help save the lives of the innocent children we have been entrusted to
protect.
