when trying to log into Netzero's web site the initial
site loads, but then it continues to load over and over
and over continiously unstop.....what is happening...I
uninstalled the program and sent off for a new disk,
reloaded, and that didnt resolve the problem...

The only time I have seen this happen, it has been a problem with the site
in question that resolves all by itself.
