My son is running Internet Explorer on his Windows 98
computer. He is getting the following error when he tries
to launch the application:
"Runtime Error 453, Can't find DLL entry point
InternetGetConnected StateExA in wininet.dll"
We cannot get to the internet from his computer. Any
ideas on how to fix this? If not, how do I download
Interent Explorer from the internet to move up to his
computer. Thank you.

Possible virus. Do you have an up-to-date antivirus programme running on the
computer?
