connected but can not get to the internet

I have dsl and when I reboot I have to click internet
explorer. then I get cannot find srever, I have to turn
off the modem, wiat, turn it on and let reset then I can
get on the internet. Even though my computer tells me I
am connected. Every time.

You may simply having a corrupt cache.
