Customizing Page SetUp option for a web application

Hi All,
I am developing a web application which shows reports to the user. Now
when user prints the reports using Print option of IE, they are
getting header and footer in the printed pages (which are the default
settings in Page SetUp). But the requirement is that printed pages
should not show any header or footer. Now i can change the Page Setup
so that no header or footer is shown. But i have to do it manually.
Now my question is that is there any way that whenever user accesses
my web application, Page SetUp is customized automatically and when
the user logs out, default Page Setup setting is returned.
