IE Favorites in folders re-alphabetizing themselves

I am working with a desktop user, that is having issues with their Internet
Explorer Favorites, only the ones in folders, randomly re-alphabetizing
themselves. She will organize them -- and then randomly they alphabetize
themselves. Anyone have suggestions? I can't seem to find anything on how to
unalphabetize favorites. The user would like to organize them in her own
order. Thanks
