My Clear History option in Tools is grayed out. Where does IE store the
history? Can I delete it manually. Im using IE 6.0, Thanks.

History is kept in the History folder. That location varies according
to your operating system.
How to delete TIF and History completely:
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm

You seem to have some restriction in place.
See if this helps: (assuming you are familiar with Regedit)

History - Disable changes to History settings

Registry Settings: History
User Key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Restrictions]

System Key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Restrictions]

Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = disable restriction, 1 = enable restriction

If not the help you wanted, then try the IE6 group as this obsolete
IE5.5 group doesn't attract much traffic.
