Can someone tell me how to change notepad

as the default source code viewer in IE5.5?

I keeping getting this damn TROJ_QAZ.A virus which infects notepad.exe. My
trend virus scanner detects it but can't clean it and every time I delete it
and copy a new .exe from the '98 windows disc, I keep receiving a new virus
that infects it again. I've decided to change from notepad.exe to write.exe
for all my info and text files but I can't seem to find the configuration
setup for the source code viewer in IE5.5.

Wordpad will fail on long filenames.

To pick an editor for "view source"

Thanks for the help, Mark. I followed the directions at the web site you
suggested and changed the registry settings. However, when I right click on
a web page (or choose source via the view menu) I still get an error message
saying "Cannot find the file 'notepad' or one of it's components." It then
tells me to make sure the path and filename are correct and to make sure all
required libraries are available.

Any suggestions?

No, The instructions on that page work for me. Notepad has some trouble I would guess.
