Uninstalling previous version

Hello,

I'm working on an ActiveX which includes (in the CAB file) a Setup.exe
and a setup.inf files.
My problem is that I need to force uninstall of the previous version of
my ActiveX before installing the new one via a web page.

Can somebody help me with the correct syntax of the SETUP.INF file to
provoque this uninstallation, with no possibility for the user to
prevent it ?
Maybe there is a website where the syntax for creating INF files is
explained (as I didn't find one) ?
