Add a new Mail Account. It first asks for your name and then email address.
Put your email address that is for Hotmail. Presto!

Doesn't it ask for the server also? What is the server name for Hotmail?

OE5 is supposed to recognize a hotmail address, and already knows the
server address.
For those people who got a customized version of OE5 from an ISP that
deliberatley crippled this part of OE5, the Server address is
http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp
