Hi

I'm trying to put together a mailing list, so I set up a group, but now
everyone gets messages addressed

to: address 1; address 2; address3

and so on. Is there any way I can send a message to 100 people, but each of
them gets a message addressed individually to them?

Any help much appreciated.

Put the Group in the BCC line. Click View|Full Headers while composing your
message if you don't see it.

You might also create a new contact named "My Mailing List", and give it
your own email address. Then put that contact in TO and the Group in BCC.
Each member of the group will receive the message addressed TO: My Mailing
List.

In OE there is no way to personalize each mail when sending a Group.

Thanks. Sounds like a good 'half way house'. Might do this...

Thanks again.

Thanks for this. You don't happen to know what software would allow you to
do it, by any chance?

Thanks again.

There is an add-on for Microsoft Outlook 2000 called MailList King that can
accomplish this for about $50. But nothing for OE.
