I am using windows 98SE OS as a server. I have winproxy 2.1 on the server.
Internet on all of client computer running well, but when i configuring
outlook express 5 on client computer for POP3 server it is unable to connect
to the server. What network settings or winproxy settings i need to change.

This is not an appropriate forum for you question ( it is intended for
Microsoft NetMeeting or Chat users/questions).
I don't know what an appropriate forum for your question might be but
http://www.winproxy.com/support/ or http://www.winproxy.net/ ( I don't know
what product you are running) might be places to start.
